  • How do I pay my rent, and when is it due?

    Rent is due on the 1st of each month. You may pay via the tenant portal, by check delivered to our office, or other approved payment methods. When paying by mail or check, please allow sufficient time so the payment is received by the due date. If you have any questions or need to set up an alternate payment arrangement, please call us at 617-437-7800.

  • What should I do if I have a maintenance issue or an emergency?

    If you experience a maintenance issue (e.g., plumbing leak, heating problem, electrical fault), please submit a work order through the tenant portal or call our office at 617-437-7800 during business hours. For after-hours emergencies, please call 888-462-1092.  Our goal is to respond promptly and keep the building safe and well-maintained.

  • Can I have a pet in my apartment?

    Pet policies vary by building. You must get prior approval before bringing a pet into your unit. Please contact us with the pet’s breed, size, and other relevant info. A monthly pet fee will be required according to the building’s rules. Until approved, pets are not permitted.

  • What happens if I want to renew my lease or move out?

    If you wish to renew your lease, we’ll send a renewal offer approximately 60 – 90 days before your current lease expires. You should review the terms, sign the renewal, and return it by the deadline indicated. If you plan to move out, you must notify us in writing by the date specified in your lease (generally 30 to 60 days before the end of the lease). Please ensure your account is current, you return all keys and access cards, and you leave the apartment in clean condition to avoid deductions from your security deposit.

  • What are the office hours and how can I contact Delphi Properties?

    Our main office is located at 1203 Boylston Street, Suite 102, Boston MA 02215. You can reach us by phone at 617-437-7800, fax at 617-421-9024, or via email at info@delphiproperties.com. Office hours are displayed on our website; please check the “Contact Us” or “Tenants” section for current hours. If you’re submitting a maintenance request or another inquiry outside office hours, you may still use the tenant portal or leave a voicemail and we’ll respond as soon as possible.
